The shoe uses pared-back, essential construction built around a one-piece engineered knit upper over a compression-moulded foam midsole, made up in an insulated engineered knit upper on a foam midsole, finished with a moulded external heel counter and a durable rubber outsole pad. Everything else is kept quiet: stitching in a matching thread so the seams almost disappear. It is built on a women's last, narrower through the heel and midfoot, so you get chafe-free mileage and heat that leaves as fast as it builds. The kind of piece that quietly becomes the default.
