The short uses rugged construction in a textured, dry-handed surface fabric, made up in brushed grid-fleece fabric with a soft warm interior face, finished with storm-flap detailing and abrasion-resistant overlays, and given a smooth bonded overlay at the primary wear point. Everything else is kept quiet: a single tonal woven label at the inner back neck, otherwise unbranded. It is cut on a women's block, shaped through the hip with a higher front rise, so you get weather protection that still lets you work hard inside it. It does the job and gets out of the way.
